These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Tresolis Flow platform, published by Tresolis SAS. Any access to the platform implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Tresolis Flow is a SaaS platform for budget management and team operations aimed at enterprises. It supports budget management, contractor tracking, accounting reclassification processing, and integration with ERP and project-management systems.
Access to Tresolis Flow requires a subscription taken out by the client organisation. User accounts are personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for keeping their access credentials confidential.
Data entered into the platform remains the exclusive property of the client. Tresolis SAS acts as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR. The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Tresolis SAS undertakes to keep the platform available 99.9% of the time, excluding scheduled maintenance notified at least 48 hours in advance. In the event of unplanned downtime, compensation may apply in accordance with the service agreement.
The Tresolis Flow platform, its source code, graphical interfaces and documentation are the exclusive property of Tresolis SAS and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse without written authorisation is prohibited.
Tresolis SAS may not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform. In any event, the liability of Tresolis SAS is limited to the amount of subscriptions paid over the last 12 months.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute not resolved amicably, the competent courts of Paris shall have sole jurisdiction.
